Welcome to DubX Mobile, our everything mobile app including a messaging application designed to provide secure communication for our users. By using DubX Mobile, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the application.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using DubX Mobile, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the information provided herein our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

    •    DubX Mobile provides secure and private messaging, podcasts, and additional services to be added, to enhance user experience.

    •    Harassment or abuse of other users.

    •    You understand and acknowledge that messages and content shared on DubX Mobile are privte to the user, and DubX cannot access or monitor user communications, unless reported to admins.

DubXMobile and its parent company are not liable for:

    •    Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from communications made through the app.

    •    Misuse of the app by any user.

    •    Technical errors, data breaches, or unauthorized access caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

    •    All intellectual property rights related to DubX Mobile, including its logo, name, and proprietary consumer technology, are owned by DubX.

    •    Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without express written permission from DubX.

6. Updates and Modifications

DubX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
